HI MY LOVES! Today we are focusing on Tricep PUSH UPS. The triceps brachii muscle (Latin for “three-headed muscle of the arm”) is a large muscle on the back of the upper limb of many vertebrates. It is the muscle principally responsible for extension of the elbow joint (straightening of the arm).
This is for those WHO HAVE NEVER done a push-up in their life. if you do not have the strength to do push up you can do the level 1 and build on your strength and GRADUALLY you can go on your knees and then without the knee support.
Things to remember:
1. You want to feel the weight in YOUR finger tips as well and not only in your palms.
2. Don’t arch your lower back take your tail bone in TO ENGAGE YOUR CORE.
3. When you do a push up you are not only activating your upper body BUT your CORE, GLUET and thighs (Thighs when you do a push up with knees off the floor) ARE ALSO ACTIVATED.
4. ITS ABOUT QUALITY NOT QUANTITY. You rather do 3 clean proper push-ups with right from than 50 formless.
5. GO SLOWER to build your strength and endurance.
6.IT TAKES TIME! i wish i could tell you it’ll happen in 6 mins but it wont ( Well if it does your a ninja but if it does not ITS OKAY! YOU ARE HUMAN) BUT it will happen if YOU put in the effort.
There is a lot more to keep in mind, this is just part . I will make videos and give you tips and exercises to enhance your push-ups.
Venue: Tropical Retreats, Igatpuri.
