How to do butt kicks sprint drill correctly
In This Video Im demonstrating how to do the buttkick sprint drill
1. Warm Up: Start with light jogging or dynamic stretches.
2. Starting Position: Stand upright, feet hip-width apart, core engaged.
3. Movement:
– Jog in place or move forward.
– Lift your heels toward your glutes as high as possible.
4. Arm Movement: Bend your arms at 90 degrees and swing them naturally.
5. Foot Placement: Land your feet directly beneath your body to maintain proper form.
6. Breathing: Keep a steady breathing pattern.
7. Pace & Duration: Start at a moderate pace. Perform for 20-30 seconds, then rest. Repeat as needed.
