A different concept of destiny for a love story.
It is a love story between Jagan (Madhavan) and Jamuna (Amoha). Both of them are engaged to their lovers, but they get attracted towards each other. Jagan wanted to explore things further but Jamuna wasn’t sure what their love means. They decided to test fate by splitting and seeing if destiny will bring them back together! Many years later they meet once again but give fate one last chance to reunite them.
Jagan seeks the help of his best friend to track down the girl he can’t forget. Jamuna too asks her fianc? for a break before the wedding. Will destiny bring the lovers together forms the rest of this love story. Fate plays an important role in the film. Radio Mirchi jockey Suchitra makes a cameo appearance in the end to unite the lovers.
The movie has been shot in Chennai, Kolkatta, Vishakapatanam and Greece. A couple of songs have been shot in Milas Islands near Greece and in and around a dangerous volcanic mountain Santorini. A peppy hot number with Reema Sen dancing was shot in the busy Vishakapatanam railway station while a few scenes were shot in Howrah old and new bridges and Dhakshaneshwar Temple. The cast also includes Pooja, Malavika (of Anni serial on Jaya TV), Kalabhavan Mani, noted pop singer Ceylon Manohar Dhamu, Charlie, Delhi Ganesh, Thalaivasal Vijay and Giri. V Ravichandran produces the movie for Oscar Films. Music is by Bharadwaj, cinematography by A Venkatesh and editing by Suresh URS. Story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Saran.
