Being the sons of a miser industrialist father Dhaniram (Kader Khan), Ajay (Shashi Kiran) and Vijay (Raj Kiran) yearn for easy access to the family riches. Dhaniram’s foster son Ravi (Govinda) truly loves him and treats him like a real father. Frustrated with their father’s stingy attitude, his sons plan to entrap him. Meanwhile, Dhaniram sends a corrupt income tax officer Gogi (Shakti Kapoor) to prison. To avenge Gogi, Gogi’s family devise a plan to kill Dhaniram. Surrounded by greedy and vengeful people, will Dhaniram be able to protect himself and his wealth?
