Plot: Wealthy Ranjit Singh Lobo (Danny Denzongpa), hires Prof. Satish Khurana (Raaj Kumar), as a tutor for his son, Manjit. Manjit, initially, was a spoilt and indisciplined brat, Satish changes Ranjit into a completely different human being, who is well mannered and disciplined. Seeing this change in Manjit, Ranjit’s friends, Madan Teja (Kader Khan) and Babulal Bhakri (Jeevan), also hire Satish for their son’s tuition. Soon, Satish’s life and career goes for a toss, when Satish is blamed for leaking the examination question papers. Did Satish leak the examination papers or is he being framed for the same?
