Synopsis :- Shekhar and Ganjoo soon fall on evil days. Shekhar, who works as an insurance agent, hasn’t been able to get any new customers for a while now, and Ganjoo, a salesman for a shoepolish company, is in the same boat. They’re both pretty broke, and when their landlord starts pestering them to pay up, they are forced to pawn the silver trophy. They also shift into cheaper accommodation (read derelict: the roof is missing tiles and much of the furniture is falling to bits).As luck would have it, Shefali goes to a jeweller to get a necklace reset, and there she and Malti see the trophy, which they immediately recognise. Shefali buys it and the two girls go to Shekhar and Ganjoo’s ‘new’ house to give it back to them. Shekhar thinks Shefali’s rubbing salt in their wounds and showing off her own wealth, but the two men do take back the trophy Unfortunately, the third time the two men sell the trophy, Shefali has some trouble getting it back. The woman who’s bought it from the jeweller refuses to sell it; it’s a birthday present for her husband. Eventually, Shefali gets so desperate that she and Malti enter the lady’s house dressed as dancers come to perform at the birthday party. While the other guests are busy dancing, Shefali filches the trophy and she and Malti run off—after giving the chowkidar at the gate an envelope for the master of the house, containing money as compensation for the trophy.

In his youth, Genshichi and his brother Hanzo tried to kill the boss of the Maesaka family. Genshichi got hurt and was saved by a hairdresser named Ofumi. Later, when Hanzo brought their share of the job, enemies led by Jingo showed up seeking revenge. Genshichi left with Hanzo, leaving Ofumi, who was pregnant.

Twenty-five years later, Genshichi, now old, met a young man named Hikotaro. They tried to kill the boss of the Takehara family. Genshichi got sick and only managed to hurt the boss. They escaped and got help from Mohei and his granddaughter. From then, Genshichi decided to live an honest life. But enemies hired by the boss of Takehara and Hanzo, who was once his brother, were after them.

The heir to the the chief retainer(Tamura Takahiro) of the Tsuchiura domain (Murakami Hiroaki), Akiha Daisuke, overly confident in his swordsmanship, became so conceited that he was nicknamed the “Little Tengu of Tsuchiura.” After a quarrel with his father, who reprimanded him, Daisuke declared that he would earn a stipend of a thousand or two thousand koku with just a bamboo sword, then stormed out of his home and headed to Edo. However, he fell into such destitution that he struggled to eat, eventually contemplating throwing himself into the river. Saved by a girl named Chigusa (Sugita Kaoru), who was similarly resolved to die, she ended up lodging in the same tenement where Daisuke resided. Encouraged by Rokubei (Nagato Hiroyuki), who ran a noodle shop in the same tenement, Daisuke started his own noodle shop, but soon found himself followed by a suspicious samurai…

Synopsis :- Sherpal (Ulhas) and Tailab (Manmohan Krishan) are chiefs of two opposing clans who regularly meet at an annual competition that highlights their combative strengths in fields of weaponry. Sherpal’s daughter Angara (Sandhya) is a tomboy who has been taught all that is required for the competition. She defeats Vikram (Prashant) who is from the clan of Taibal. The two fall in love, but cannot marry due to the old feud. Angara’s mother (Lalita Pawar) is after her to behave like a girl and dress accordingly. She finally gives in to her mother’s demands. When her father dies, Mangal (M. Rajan) appears claiming to be her bethrothed, chosen by her father. When things start taking a violent turn she agrees to marry him. Mangal then treats her badly after marriage. Angara suffers the humiliation and even carries a heavy weight across the desert, a punishment meted out to her by Mangal. As she trudges through the desert she comes across a dying Vikram, who asks for water. She attempts to give him water against her husband’s wishes, and is shot by Mangal. Angara and Vikram die together.

In the vast Sahara of Nad, a caravan of gypsies has encamped. The head of the gypsy tribe a kind of old man, is giving his blessings to two young hearts, whose hearts are throbbing with a rapture immortal love. He narrates them the tale of true love that blossomed in those very sands hundreds of years ago. Laila and Qais belonged to two different tribes that lived peacefully near an oasis. There father’s were the chiefs of the two tribes. Their beloved children studied in the same school. It was here that the tender hearts of Laila and Qais felt some thing for each other. Laila’s father Amir Sarwar, came to know of this amour and he wanted to nip the blossom in the bud. But meeting each other was irresistble for the young ones, and defying all stalling, they met each other in stealth. Thus, thier love matured with the passage of time. It was not very long when everybody around came to know of their love. Amir Sarwar became furious, and his followers belaboured Qais mercilessly. Amir, Qais father, wanted to factional war, but better sense prevailed with Amir Sarwar, and he decided to move from the place. Laila came to know of the decision, but the tribe had already decamped. She implored with tears and wailings to her companion to carry a message to Qais, but it was of no avail. When Qais came to know that he had been forcibly parted fom his beloved, he followed Amir Sarwars caravan. In the tity of Taif, Laila fell seriously ill, Qais could not find his way to Laila. He changed himself into a beggar and reached Laila under pretext of begging alms. The very sight of Qais restored Laila to health. Qais, whou could not be away from Laila for a moment hovered around her house. People decried ” the beggar” and called him a mad man “Majnu”. Incidentally, the prince of Iraq had come to Taif in those days, and when his eyes feel on Laila, he immediately decided to marry her. He offered priceless jewels, money and comforts which tempted Amir Sarwar and he accepted the offer. What followed is a heart-rending tale which is beyond all words-the intensity and impact of which you can see on the screen alone.
