The film starts with a scene depicting many people being killed mysteriously. The film then cuts to Eswar Prasad (Jayaram) a politician who vows to resign from his post if the government fails to recover idols which were stolen over a period of 6 months. This wins the hearts of the masses. It also troubles his political rivals, who forge a plan to destroy his credibility with the help of CBI joint director Vaishnavi Natarajan (Asha Sarath) and Assistant Commissioner of Police Sampath (Murali Sharma). The two of them plan to interrogate Chanchala IAS (Anushka Shetty), a close confidante of Prasad who’s in jail for murdering her fiancé, Shakhti (Unni Mukundan). To not arouse suspicion, they decide to shift her to Bhaagamathie Bungalow for the interrogation Suddenly, a street lamp explodes and Lingamurthy (Dhanraj) screams. The locals are afraid of the Bungalow and claim that it is haunted. As she’s left alone in the haunted house, she walks into one eerie room after another peering through dust-laden windows, rickety staircases and shows no fear of having to be in this strange place. A book and larger-than-life paintings foretell a story of Queen Bhaagamathie. Spirits take control of her and IAS Chanchala transforms into an unrecognizable person. How this impacts her and everyone around her forms the crux of the story. She is been taken mental hospital from there but Eshwar Prasad comes to visit her in the mental asylum. He tells that her acting as Queen Bhaagamathie was awesome then he tells thanks for saving him from CBI so he gives her 300 crores as a commission from where he had earned 1800 crores as black money. Whereas Vaishnavi Natarajan has found out all the valid points from the cooked up story of Chanchala and found that Eshwar Prasad is the culprit. In the Mental Asylum, after learning about Chanchala’s plan, Eswar Prasad tries to kill her. But, Sampath encountered him. Everyone was released and the culprits are arrested. When Sampath and Vaishnavi Natarajan questioned her why she had not answered their questions directly, she told them that people are not trustworthy. But, when she was questioned that whether she knew Arabic, She answered no which shocked them and also that indicates that the ghost of Bhaagamathie was still there in that mansion.

The film opens to a school in a village where a boy recites a national anthem before all the staff and students of the school. Another boy is seen running to school as he is late. His teacher punishes him, while comparing him to the boy who recited earlier, who is revealed to be his younger half-brother. An enmity grows in the older brother as he is always compared to his younger brother. The younger brother burns the photo of the older brother’s father as he was the reason for his defeat in the school’s kabbadi match. In retaliation, the older brother throws the younger brother into a well. Watching him get drowned in the well, the older brother runs away from the village.
The film then opens to Mumbai, just a few years after the incident. The older brother grows up to become Ramana (Nandha), who is an underworld don doing smuggling business with the help of the local police and political support. He tries to kill Govardhan, who is a rival to him, but he fails. Arjun (Jiiva) tries to see him for many days but is not able to. Finally, with the help of Ramana’s cook Delhi (Santhanam), he manages to see him and tells him about his life story. Arjun is a boxer and accidentally meets Anjana (Taapsee Pannu) while going to a boxing selection match. He could not attend the match because he spoils the miniature that Anjana was carrying for her interview the same day.

“SIVI” starring Yogi, Anuja Ayyer
The movie begins with Krishna (Yogi) a young photographer, and his girlfriend Sona (Jayashri Rao) accidentally running down a young woman on their drive home after a night’s party on a deserted stretch of East Coast Road near Chennai. They decide to leave the dead body and drive away. Later, Krishna discovers something strange when he finds a mysterious shadow that appears on the pictures he takes with his camera. Ever since the accident, Krishna has been experiencing shoulder and neck pains.
He thinks that it is just a bad picture, but then he realizes that there is something more sinister behind the shadow on the picture frame and the extremely unsettling dreams. Unable to cope, they start investigating the phenomenon of the ghost appearing on the photographs, which leads to a discovery about Krishna’s past, and a possible clue to the identity of their ghostly nemesis. As Sona goes to college and starts taking pictures of the college and the library, Sona had found the girl that was hit on the road and was in the pictures, a young shy girl named Nandhini (Anuja Iyer). Krishna’s friends have also committed suicide by jumping off buildings.
