फिल्म के क्लाइमेक्स में दुर्गा गुरुनारायण की सच्चाई को मीडिया के सामने उजागर कर देता है और अंत में उसे खत्म कर देता है। आखिरकार, दुर्गा फिर से अपराध की दुनिया का बड़ा नाम बन जाता है।

Plot Summary:
Kaala Bazaar: Underworld is an intense action-thriller following the life of Ram, who lives with his wife Vidya and adopted son Chaitanya in Bangkok, running a restaurant. When some dangerous criminals try to harass one of his female employees, Ram, in a fit of rage, shoots them. This brings his identity into the limelight, shocking Guru Narayana in India, who sees that Ram looks just like his old rival Durga, presumed dead.

Guru Narayana, along with his son Shankar Narayana, sets out to uncover Ram’s true identity. After Chaitanya is kidnapped, Ram reveals the truth that Chaitanya is the son of his ex-lover Anitha, who was killed in a blast orchestrated by Guru Narayana. In a quest for revenge, Durga takes on his enemies, including the powerful Guru Narayana, to finally expose him and end his reign of terror.

The film concludes with Durga reclaiming his position in the underworld, having avenged the wrongs done to him and his loved ones.
