Meera traces the devotion of Princess Meera to her beloved deity, Lord Krishna. Meera is married to Prince Bhojraj to cement political ties between the two warring dynasties of Rajputana. However, unaware of her household responsibilities she drowns herself in the service of Lord Krishna. Meera is charged with treason after she breaks all bonds of society and mingles with her husband’s enemies, and interacts with the lower classes. Will Meera’s devotion towards God, save her life?
