Maharakshak Devta 2 is the Hindi dubbed version of the Malayalam film Karmayodha, which was released in 2012. This action crime film was written, directed, and co-produced by Major Ravi. The story of Maharakshak Devta 2, aka Karmayodha, begins in Mumbai, where an unidentified man is seen walking with a bag. This man is none other than Madhavan Menon, aka Mad Maddy, a ruthless and psychotic police officer in the Mumbai Police. Maddy is an encounter specialist who makes decisions on his own, without waiting for orders.
His current mission involves investigating the sudden disappearance of a schoolgirl from Mumbai. Maddy’s investigation leads him to believe that the missing girls are being taken to Kerala, so he heads there. Meanwhile, another girl is kidnapped in Kerala, adding to a string of previous abductions. After following solid leads, Maddy concludes that all the kidnappings are orchestrated by a psychotic criminal named Khanna, who runs a sex trafficking racket in Kerala. Khanna has a personal vendetta against Maddy because, during a previous operation, Maddy had foiled his plans by rescuing a kidnapped girl and injuring Khanna, resulting in permanent damage to his manhood.
