राम सिन्हा द्वारा पुलिस कमिश्नर की हत्या की योजना का भंडाफोड़ करने के बाद ढोंगा को पांच साल की जेल की सजा सुनाई गई है। अपनी रिहाई के बाद, ढोंगा राम से बदला लेना चाहता है जो अब एक पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर है।
