Casey Bowman has finally begun a settled life. He is happily married to Namiko, who is pregnant with her first child, lives in Japan and teaches at the Koga dojo. One day, Casey, who went to get a gift for his wife, is attacked by a couple of thugs. He does not attach any importance to this, considering everything to be an ordinary robbery. But when Namiko is brutally murdered that same night, Casey’s world falls apart.
