His father sends Jeff to Kenpo school in the hope that he will learn self-discipline. Years later, Jeff’s mentor, Master Kim, is targeted by the Korean mafia. Jeff tries to help, but the mentor is killed by an unknown assassin. Full of desire for revenge, Jeff starts a bloody war with the Korean mafia, using all his knowledge of martial arts.
