Synopsis:
Amar an orthodox & Prakash flirtatious are best friends. Prakash loves a foreign-returned rose Neeta. Since he is diffident to express his love, he seeks Amar‘s help when Neeta tunes towards Amar and he too loves her. Despite the refusal of her father, Neeta espouses Amar. Soon after, disputes arise, as they belong to various lifestyles. Exploiting it, begrudged Prakash arouses the situation. Once, on the occasion of Neeta’s birthday, Prakash throws carousing. Spotting it, furious Amar smacks Neeta when she leaves her autocratic father and sends a divorce notice. Immediately, Amar moves to get her back when he is mortified, yet, he opposes the divorce. Afterward, Amar learns about the arrival of his mother who spends her life on pilgrimage. Thus, he goes with a mutual agreement with Neeta to give divorce provided to be with him as newlyweds until his mother’s return which she accepts. During that period, Neeta understands the sanctity of marriage and the righteousness of Amar and her vanity subsides. Moreover, her father also bows his head down to the kindness of Amar‘s mother. At last, Neeta refuses to divorce and asks forgiveness when Prakash also reforms and pleads pardon. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note with the reunion of the couple.

A series of unfortunate events cause a recent migrant into Bombay to turn to a life of crime.
Synopsis:
Shyam called him “Yaar Mera” his greatest friend! He had implicit faith in him, all of the city beckoned him. Leaving behind his poor mother and younger sister in the village, Shyam had virtually descended on the big city in search of an honest job but having failed to procure one he adopted a most devil-may-care attitude. he could not be careless about the clutches of the law. So he has broken the law, grabbed, robbed and plundered with impunity, because he was so sure his Supreme Friend was always there to save him from any calamity. And Shyam did get away with all his escapades. Swiftly he rose from rags to riches and on his way managed to get a very pretty girl also Sarla, knew Shyam as Kishan. After all, one has to have aliases when on is playing with the law, of course, Sarla didn’t know about his turncoat ways. She genuinely believed that her Kishan was a perfect gentleman and Shyam remained confident that she would never be able to learn the truth about him-his Supreme Friend would see to that and also enjoyed total devotion from Shyam’s near and dear ones but with a difference! For instance, Shyam’s mother and Sarla, both believed that the Supreme Friend’s powers were unquestionable, but they also thought that he could never countenance anything evil. Shyam had different ideas, his many hair-breadth escapes after doing evil had convinced him that his `Yaar would countenance anything which he did!

Synopsis:
Goyal Verma is a wealthy industrialist who is surrounded by vicious relatives Ajith, his wife Laila, and their son Ranjith. To usurp his wealth, they want to knit Ranjith with Nisha the only daughter of Goyal. Due to his ill-health Goyal entrusts the factory responsibilities to Ajith which he misuses by conducting fraud and extortion. Ramesh a newly appointed engineer bars their violations. He falls for Nisha which Goyal also accepts. However, spotting Ramesh with another girl Julie. So, Goyal expels and mortifies him. Exploiting it, Ajith & Ranjith murder Goyal, whereupon, Nisha witnesses Ramesh escaping. At the judiciary, she affirms the same, but Ramesh claims guiltless and he is sent for remand. In prison, he is surprised to see his identical Gangu is a pickpocket and grasps the cause behind the misinterpretation of Goyal & Nisha. Simultaneously, he learns that Ajith is forcibly knitting Nisha with Ranjith. So, Ramesh gets out of prison by making Gangu his remitter for 3 days. He succeeds in confusing the culprits and safeguards Nisha from his mother. Accordingly, he marries her and returns. Besides, David, the father of Julie seeks Rs.5000 of reverse dowry for which Gangu reaches Ramesh’s village. Anyhow, Nisha recognizes and strikes a deal with him for 3 days of stay. Meanwhile, Ajith & Ranjith find the whereabouts of Nisha and abruptly take her. Due to a misapprehension, Ramesh’s mother necks out her even Gangu too. Later, she realizes her mistake and moves for Gangu’s help when she discovers Ramesh & Gangu are twins. Here, Gangu makes a play with the help of Nisha & Julie and collects the pieces of evidence but they are seized. Being cognizant of it, Ramesh absconds from the prison. At last, Ramesh & Gangu cease the baddies. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note.

It can be categorised as a romantic family thriller film. It was shot in 14 reels, using 35 mm film format in Eastman Color.
The film has been noted mainly for the soundtrack given by O.P. Nayyar, which included three songs that became very popular – “Aao Huzoor Tum Ko”, “Kajra Mohabbat Wala” and “Aankhon Mein Qayamat”. Biswajeet is one of the first heroes in Bollywood to be dressed as a woman on screen for the song Kajra Mohabbat Wala.
This film was the last collaboration between singer Shamshad Begum and music director O.P. Nayyar. Shamshad Begum recorded her last song for O.P. Nayyar, “Kajra Mohabbat Wala” along with Asha Bhosle in this film.

Paise Ki Gudiya is a 1974 Hindi language film.
Kind-hearted and compassionate, Dr. Vinayak is always willing to lend a helping hand to the poor and needy, often not charging them for any surgery, but instead recovering his fees from his more affluent patients. When he returns from Banaras, he brings home a good-looking young woman, who he introduces to his wife, Prabha, as Madhavi, the orphan of a former employee. Madhavi is accepted by Prabha, who asks her to work as a maidservant, and subsequently gets to meet Vinayak’s daughter, Namita, and one of her many boyfriends, Rohit. Romance enters Madhavi’s life when Vinayak’s son, Vijay, returns from abroad. Both fall in love with each other and Vijay wants to marry Madhavi. His dad, however, wants him to marry Neela Gupta, but Vijay only wants to marry Madhavi. It is then Vijay finds out that Madhavi is really the daughter of a Banaras-based prostitute, and that Madhavi has herself lived with prostitutes and courtesans while in Banaras. Will this knowledge make Vijay change his mind, or marry Madhavi and thereby alienate himself from his very own family?

Anjaan Raahen is a 1974 Hindi language film. Anand is a London returned teacher who has sought employment in a local school in India. His co-teachers are Geeta (Asha Parekh), Girdharilal (Jankidas), Pandey (Asit Sen), Lalita (Lalita Kumari), and Principal (Brahm Bhardwaj). Anand’s students, though fairly mature, lack sex education, and he discusses this at length with the other teachers and the Principal, and he is met with opposition. Anand is attracted to Geeta, but Geeta shows no interest in him. Several female students are attracted to Anand. Anand naively is openly friendly with all his students, however, Anand faces trouble when one of his female students becomes pregnant, and he is accused of raping her.
