The film starts with a scene depicting many people being killed mysteriously. The film then cuts to Eswar Prasad (Jayaram) a politician who vows to resign from his post if the government fails to recover idols which were stolen over a period of 6 months. This wins the hearts of the masses. It also troubles his political rivals, who forge a plan to destroy his credibility with the help of CBI joint director Vaishnavi Natarajan (Asha Sarath) and Assistant Commissioner of Police Sampath (Murali Sharma). The two of them plan to interrogate IAS Chanchala (Anushka Shetty), a close confidante of Prasad who’s in jail for murdering her fiancé, Shakhti (Unni Mukundan). To not arouse suspicion, they decide to shift her to Bhaagamathie Bungalow for the interrogation. Suddenly, a street lamp explodes and Lingamurthy (Dhanraj) screams. The locals are afraid of the Bungalow and claim that it is haunted. As she’s left alone in the haunted house, she walks into one eerie room after another peering through dust-laden windows, rickety staircases and shows no fear of having to be in this strange place. A book and larger-than-life paintings foretell a story of Queen Bhaagamathie. Spirits take control of her and IAS Chanchala transforms into an unrecognizable person. Day by day chanchala show character of ghost bagamathie possessed.

My Duty starring by vijay and shalini. Gautam Prabhakar (Vijay) is searching for Gayathri (Kaveri) who was an innocent girl that kept coming to him for help of many sorts. He comes across Surya and Chandra (Charlie and Dhamu) and Hema (Shalini). They try to cheat Gautam (like many others) but fail in doing so. Hema finally realizes that he may actually have a disease. She and her father, Dr. Rajsekhar (Raghuvaran) try to help him out. After examing his’s subconscious mind, Raghuvaran finds out that he’s suffering from split personality and has forgotten a lot of things.

Two dons, Cheliyan and David are enemies and Cheliyan kills David’s brother. David swears to avenge his brother’s death and waits for the right opportunity. Shiva is a youth from Kumbakonam who unites lovers and his family support him. This brings him several troubles, one of which from David when Shiva stops David’s marriage with a girl who refused to marry him. David wants to know who stopped his marriage and leaves the place without a word after seeing him. This worries his father, Ratnam as he fears that David might harm his son. Shiva hallucinates a woman who he calls Mala, who asks him ‘Why did you do like this?’ and he replies that he will correct everything. He is having a trouble for a reason and his family consoles him. Shiva’s sister is getting married and Shiva ensures that no trouble comes in the marriage. However, on the day before marriage Shiva had to face a critical situation through David who threatens to stop his sister’s marriage like how Shiva stopped his marriage. Shiva begs David and tells him that he is ready to do anything for him in return of letting his sister’s marriage happen without any problem. David demands him to abduct a woman from Madurai, who is the daughter of Minister Manivasagam, a big shot in Madurai . Shiva agrees and leaves for Madurai missing his sister’s wedding.

Anbu (Vishal) is a happy-go-lucky engineering student, who lives with his family in Pudhuttukottai and is having a good time singing energetic fast numbers like “Kantha Kadamba” with his friends. One day he gets into a fracas with a local politician (‘Kathal’ Dhandapani) and his comic henchmen while trying to save a friend and is arrested and a case registered against him. The local court gives him conditional bail, provided he signs the register in a Tiruchi police station!

On the way to Trichy police station, he sees a girl on a terrace (Motta Madi) drying clothes and falls for her. It is love at first sight for Anbu as he becomes crazy about Malar (Priyamani) a college girl, which leads to some hilarious situations. The police station, where he has to sign daily, is manned by his Chittappa Kandaswamy (Ashish Vidyarthi), a comic sub-inspector whose ex-lover Kamala (Urvasi) is the constable at the station. Anbu kindles the love life of his uncle and makes merry at Malar’s college, leading to funny situations.

Meanwhile Trichy city is run by a powerful politician Palani (Devaraj) and his brother Guna (Ajay), who have killed the local RDO in cold blood watched by a huge crowd of onlookers. The brothers continue with their ‘dada giri’, till they clash with a brave heart. He is none other than Anbu who, while trying to save Malar from a difficult situation with Palani, ends up getting the wrath of the brothers. Although Malar’s mother wants to move away from the city, Anbu and his aunt convince her to stay and make Anbu Malar’s protector. He accompanies her and protects her from danger. After seeing his care, Malar slowly falls for him and sees his true love for her. Palani causes problems for Anbu, but Anbu overcomes them and gets Palani killed by his uncle. Malar graduates and marries Anbu, and the story ends.

The film narrates the story of a youngster, who loves his almirah and what he does to achieve his goals in life. All he loves is an almirah! He wants to get that girl who walks into a room, asks him to draw the curtain, and stuns him completely. Swathi (Surabhi) is furious when she gets to know Sanju’s true identity. But Sanju has lost his heart to her. It’s no joke getting any close to her because her father Adikeshavulu (Mukesh Rishi) is a powerful man, a murderer who runs an underground empire, even controlling politics. Imagine Sanju landing in Adikeshavulu’s house! He does it. What takes him there is another story in itself. Suryanarayana is shell-shocked when his son tells him on the return that he is in love with the don’s daughter. The father is flabbergasted. That’s not all. Sanju opens the car boot and lo! What Suryanarayana finds there gives him the jitters! Sanju does the unthinkable all the time. If hiding in the almirah was what he did to escape punishment from his father as a child, it is the almirah, once again, that play a crucial role in him reach the goal of his life

Vamshi ( Puneeth Rajkumar) is a trainee in police academy, who often gets angry in any circumstance. Even for minor causes, he gets angry and this makes him land into trouble.Once after training, while he is about to be transferred to Bangalore for posting, vamshi’s anger and past make him lose his interview. His past reveals that he is the son of a rowdy K.R., who was recently murdered by the other group led by Jeyachandra. His anger, and the link of police and politicians with Jeyachandra (Another rowdy) ends the vamshi’s police interview as a failure.

He gets dejected and being the son of K.R., joins his father’s (K.R’s) rowdy team as its leader, and is helped by another politician to kill jeyachandra and other enemies of K.R. While doing so, he is cast away from his mother (Lakshmi) and lover (Nikita), which he realizes later of their importance and Love and Affection. Finally He changes back to the calm life, whereas his own rowdy team and the politician who helped vamshi in his initial years as rowdy turn against him, because they want vamshi to be in the rowdy business. A fight ensues between the group and vamshi, and finally vamshi emerges as winner. Finally, vamshi takes up job as a teacher, and he, nikita and lakshmi live happily ever after.

Milan Paul and Sriramakrishnan are best friends who have been together since college. The intensity of their friendship has not faded though the carefree days of college have long past gone.
