Ettekal second is a family entertainment movie directed by Kanakaraghavan starring Govind Padmasurya and Miya in lead role. But, the main twist is that both of them give importance to their families. Mithun, who is Neethu’s fiancé, is not at all happy with Sandeep getting closer to Neethu.
