Carter and Ross are two CIA agents assigned to go to Ukraine to retrieve computer chips with top-secret information. They head to a military prison and, while looking for chips, they find Olivetti, an Italian political prisoner who was being held captive. The duo decide not only to get the chips back, but also to help Olivetti escape from prison.
