Thousands of people ran in the Wicked 10k in Virginia Beach, most of them were in Halloween costumes. This is only 23 minutes of almost 3 hours of footage I filmed. The folks that were pushing wheelchairs were part of a project called “Team Hoyt”. Their website is HoytRacing.com if you would like more information.
